Volunteer MBC, a registered charity, fuels purposeful connections between people to respond to the most pressing social issues in the Greater Toronto Area. Volunteer MBC’s mission is to create a community united by volunteerism where people truly care for each other. Key challenge was to bring all aspects of constituent and volunteer management to one platform. Seamless integration of their referral database, making it user-friendly and easy to navigate was another pressing concern. The non-profit’s legacy system posed a series of challenges stemming from low digitalization, lack of automation, and heterogenous data management across its business processes.
