Canadian Wildlife Federation (CWF), a Canadian incorporated non-profit based in Ontario, accredited under Imagine Canada’s Standards Program. With this achievement, CWF has joined a distinguished community of 248 non-profit organizations dedicated to operational excellence. CWF worked with GiveLife365 to address data silos and enable the non-profit to a more consistent, responsive, and efficient approach to constituent communications.

CWF is a Canadian registered non-profit that connects with different youths spread across different provinces across the country. Because the organization’s constituent data was scattered and its website interface lacked responsiveness, CWF needed a better way to manage the high demand and interest for these programs.
The non-profit required a comprehensive database system for managing constituent data and an enhanced web portal featuring a modern user experience. there were a lack of insights to deeply understand the landscape of constituents' needs. CWF partnered with GiveLife365 to aggregate, manage, and display their data to better align constituent relationships to scale mission impact.
Built on the scalable and customizable Power Platform, the GiveLife365 solution helped CWF streamline its process of gathering data into a common pool and formatting it for efficient analysis. By harnessing Microsoft enterprise-level data security, the new approach ensures that CWF's candidate/participant information is secure. Givelife365 furnishes CWF with an efficient Candidate, Event, Inventory, Incident management.
In addition, an augmented web portal implementation featuring modern and secure web pages was built to make onboarding of new participants frictionless and increase online participation.
The non-profit now enjoys automated participant workflows, increased participant registration turnover, and improved constituent relationships. In addition, CWF now has a holistic view of their constituents, including information on constituents’ demographics, Training schedules, Placements, Service projects, Certificates, Event management, Incident Reporting, Inventory Management. Further, a Power BI dashboard equips the non-profit to review Registrations, Event enrollments, Participant’s training attendance, placement statistics, service project completions and certificate tracking.
Data Migration for Wild outside and CCC was implemented in GiveLife365 product with all the participant details and stages.
Dashboards and reports were developed with different graphical representation for both the programs to help the CWF administrator team to track the details of the programs.
